Governance
RFHC is governed by a dedicated 12-member Board of Directors who represent the community we serve, and set policy and provide direction for the organization and staff. Each board member sits on one or more committees guiding Board Development, Quality Assurance, Finance, Audit, Fund Development, Personnel, Capital Projects, and Strategic Planning.
The Chief Executive Officer reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible to oversee operations, public relations, finance, contracting, salaries, human resources, medical and business information systems, planning, and development, facilities and insurances. The executive team and managers of departments report to the CEO.
The Chief Medical Officer is primarily responsible for assuring the highest quality of organizational practice and medical care at RFHC including implementation of quality assurance process to monitor organizational policies and procedures at RFHC, facilitation of the resolution of clinical issues affecting patient care services.
The Chief Financial Officer is primarily responsible for assuring the financial integrity and viability of RFHC, overseeing day-to-day management and responsibility for the organization’s financial functions.
