From Start-Up Clinic to Full Service Community Health Center
Ravenswood Family Health Center (legal name: South County Community Health Center, Inc ) was born of the joint efforts of San Mateo County, Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, the City of East Palo Alto, and community representatives.
With support from major foundations, the medical clinic was built on land leased from the City of East Palo Alto, adjacent to a new Community Resource Center which is home to four community nonprofit organizations.
