- Blue Ribbon Planning Group drew up plan and we were incorporated (South County Community Health Center, Inc.)
- 2001
- Construction completed; opened December 3rd with 13 employees
- 2002
- Initiated mobile dental clinic services with On-Site Dental Care
Began Homeless Health Care program in collaboration with San Mateo County
- 2003
- Started our Comprehensive Prenatal Services Program
- 2004
- Established Pharmacy Assistance Program (called RAP) and Cancer Detection Program
- 2005
- Added pediatric social services with grant from Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital
Formed quality improvement partnership with Palo Alto Medical Foundation and Kaiser Permanente
- 2006
- Received Mobile Health Clinic from Lucile Packard Children's Hospital
Took over Belle Haven Clinic in Menlo Park from San Mateo County
- 2007
- Initiated mobile mammography with Community Health Partnership
- 2008
- Established Integrated Behavioral Health Services program
Received $1.2 million from Silicon Valley Community Foundation to purchase an acre for future expansion
- 2009
- Began construction for a community dental clinic and health education center
- 2010
- Started 2010 with a staff of 111 and a budget of $10.3 million
In April opened Ravenswood Family Dentistry and Ravenswood Center for Health Promotion with health library donated by Stanford
