Will Cerrato

Chronic Disease Manager & Homeless Healthcare Manager

Will graduated as an MD from University of El Salvador in March 2002. While at med school he worked as a health educator promoting prevention of diabetes and other conditions such as HIV/STDs. He was working as medical director of a community clinic when he decided to migrate to the US. Will has volunteered at a local clinic, and is currently an MPH student at San Jose State University. He has been a part-time medical assisting instructor at a local college in San Jose since 2004. Before joining RFHC, he evaluated people with disabilities to determine paratransit eligibility in San Mateo County. He is coordinating the Multi-Cultural Community Health Connections project at RFHC to prevent and decrease the incidence of diabetes in EPA, Belle Haven, and Redwood City

Isabel Quiñonez, MPH

Women's Health Services Manager

Isabel Quiñonez is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at San Jose State University. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science, with a concentration in Health Services Administration, from San Jose State in December 2006 where she was a Dean’s Scholar.  Isabel first came to RFHC as a summer intern through the Health Career Connection program before joining RFHC in 2007.  She now oversees the our Women’s Health Services, including the mammography program and our Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program.
