The City Council of East Palo Alto approved our application to develop a three-story, 50,000 square-foot facility. This facility will house the health center and dental clinic, nonprofit agencies including a community conference center and Wellness Library, as well as County and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital services. In addition, approximately 10,000 square feet is designated for complementary small businesses. We estimate that 15,000 residents a year will benefit from the combined health and social services.
